Использование пассивного залога часто забывается даже учениками высоких уровней. Чтобы закрепить его в речи, нужно регулярно соприкасаться с этой темой. Подготовили план урока, который поможет в этом. На нём ученики в контексте приготовления блюд используют пассивный залог с разными временами (Present Simple, Present Continuous, Past Simple, Past Continuous, Present Perfect и Future Simple), изучают новые глаголы по теме, смотрят видеорецепт, играют роль участника в кулинарном шоу и делятся рецептами любимых блюд.

Task 1. Lead-in
Покажите фотографию из кулинарного шоу и обсудите её с учениками. Узнайте, нравится ли им готовить, смотреть такие шоу и хотели бы они участвовать в них.

Task 3. Vocabulary practice: Three categories
На этом этапе ученики работают со словами из предыдущего упражнения. Покажите им три разные категории людей с их предпочтениями в еде и спросите, к какой из них они себя относят.

A sweet tooth
Choose the correct options to complete the recipe:
- Whip/drain flour, baking powder and salt.
- Dress/cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat the eggs one at a time, then stir/grate in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually defrost/add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk.
- Mix until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly between two round cake pans.
- Bake/roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
- Once cooled, steam/frost the top of one cake layer, place the second layer on top, and steam/frost the top and sides.
- Add sprinkles or other decorations as desired.
A junk food lover
Complete the recipe with the correct verbs:

Make sentences using the passive voice in Present Simple, Present Continuous, Past Simple, Past Continuous, Present Perfect or Future Simple and the given words.

Present Continuous

Задание для отработки грамматики в контексте.
Choose the correct options:

Complete the information about your recipe and give a speech at the show:

- The ingredients.
- What you need to do with the ingredients.
- Write as many sentences using the passive voice to describe your recipe as you can.

Additional task: Cartoon dishes
В соцсетях всё чаще появляются видео с рецептами, которые взяты из мультфильмов. Покажите ученикам картинку блюда из мультфильма и спросите:
- If you could have any food from any cartoon, what would it be? Do you think it is tasty?
- Have you ever tried to cook what you saw in the cartoon? Why not?
