В этой статье мы предлагаем познакомиться с упражнениями, которые помогут учащимся открыть для себя удивительный мир странных праздников со всего мира. Задание 4. Фантазия о новом празднике

Подготовьте названия вымышленных праздников или попросите учеников придумать свой праздник. Дайте некоторое время на обдумывание особенностей этого праздника, таких как повод, традиции, еда, занятия и прочие детали. Послушайте их и устройте короткое обсуждение. 

Choose one of these made-up holidays or make up your own. Think of the main features of your holiday: the reason for the holiday, traditions, food, activities, and any other relevant details. Try to be imaginative and descriptive. 

Then answer the questions below:

• Would you like to celebrate this holiday? Why or why not?
• What was the most interesting part of this holiday?
