Март — месяц красоты, любви, первого тепла и наслаждения. Чтобы почувствовать это, мы предлагаем задания по теме «Health and Beauty» для взрослых с уровнем Intermediate и выше. Ученики смогут прокачать аудирование и говорение и пополнить словарный запас по теме.

Упражнение 1. Sleep
Начните задание с вопроса о том, как ученики спали. Затем спросите, во сколько они ложатся спать/просыпаются, сколько часов они обычно спят и достаточно ли этого времени организму, по их мнению.
Read the questions and discuss them with your teacher:
- How did you sleep today?
- When do you usually go to sleep / wake up?
- How many hours do you usually sleep?
- Do you think it’s enough for you? Why?
Скажите, что вы сейчас будете смотреть видео про сон. Покажите студентам слова, которые могут быть им не знакомы. Попросите дать значения тех слов, которые они уже знают, и угадать оставшиеся из списка.
Look at the word list. Which of them do you know? Give their definitions and try to guess the others.
Watch the video «How much sleep do you actually need?» and match the words with their definitions:
1. lapse | a) to give something or someone a particular name, especially describing what you think of it, him, or her |

Покажите ученикам страницу на IMDb «30 Unconventionally Beautiful Celebrities» и попросите представить, что они жюри в сфере красоты и им нужно выбрать одного человека как самого привлекательного и объяснить свой выбор.
Look at these photos. Imagine that you are a jury in a beauty sphere and you have to choose one person who is, in your opinion, the most attractive. Explain your choice.
После этого покажите цитату Конфуция и обсудите вопросы.
