He is an experienced English teacher in online and in-person classroom environments. He holds a bachelors degree of Russian Language from the University of Ottawa and Culture and State Certification from Saint Petersburg University. In addition, in 2014 Justin was awarded a Certificate of Outstanding Achievement dedication of Russian Language and Culture by the Russian Embassy in Canada.
